The EUROCLIMA+ pavilion will have three main areas: an area dedicated to the presentation of events (room with capacity for 50 people), it will also have a meeting area (room with capacity for 15 people), and finally it will have a space dedicated to the general exhibition of EUROCLIMA+ actions in Latin America. The EUROCLIMA+ pavilion will e active from Tuesday, December 2 to Friday, December 13.
The EUROCLIMA+ pavilion is located in sector 8 of IFEMA.

It is no longer possible to apply for a place for an event in the EUROCLIMA+ Pavilion. The deadline was 15 September 2019.
In order to enter the blue zone where the EUROCLIMA+ pavilion will be, it is essential to have accreditation. These accreditations are processed through the UNFCCC secretariat.
If you are the organiser of an event in the EUROCLIMA+ Pavilion and you are a citizen of a country that needs a letter of support to obtain A VISA to enter the Spanish territory, you can contact us so that we can provide you with a letter attesting to our invitation to participate in the EUROCLIMA+ Pavilion.

EUROCLIMA+ cannot finance travel or per diem to attend COP25. The Programme only FUNDS speakers at events in the EUROCLIMA+ Pavilion.
The EUROCLIMA+ Pavilion will provide event organisers with free simultaneous English-Spanish translation and vice-versa.
There will be two halls in the EUROCLIMA+ pavilion. A hall with a 50-person capacity for events. And another hall with a capacity for 15 people. Reservations are required for this second hall.
All events in the EUROCLIMA+ Pavilion will be broadcast on Facebook live at @EUROCLIMAplus

Parties to the Convention, United Nations organisations and agencies, United Nations and related organisations, the media and non-profit organisations recognised as observers may register to attend sessions of the Convention. Accreditations are managed by the UNFCCC.
