Objectives: A discussion about how the European Union and its Member States can best work together with partner countries in Latin America and the Caribbean to achieve a sustainable and low carbon post-pandemic recovery. Examples from both regions will be shared, with a particular focus on those implemented through the EU funded EUROCLIMA+ programme in Latin America.
